HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2008-221CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2008-221 APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE VARIANCE APPROVALS FOR DAMIEN WOLF AND KRISTEN WOLF FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10610 SOUTH SHORE DRIVE (2005046) WHEREAS, Damien Wolf and Kristen Wolf have requested an additional one-year extension of the variances granted for property legally described as Lot 5, Block 2, Medicine Lake Park First Division, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called public meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Damien Wolf and Kristen Wolf for a one-year extension of the approved variances for property located at 10610 South Shore Drive, subject to the following conditions: 1. A one-year extension to the development approvals is hereby granted subject to the conditions listed in Resolution 2005-261 approved on July 12, 2005, as previously extended administratively on August 2, 2006 and extended by the City Council on August 14, 2007. 2. The variance approvals shall now expire on July 12, 2009. ADOPTED by the City Council on July 22, 2008. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on July 22, 2008 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof.
