RESOLUTION NO. 2008-213
AMENDING THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BONESTROO FOR
COUNTY ROAD 9/61 EROSION REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4135
WHEREAS, the City has an agreement for engineering services with Bonestroo for design
and constriction services for the County Road 9/61 Erosion Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo has requested an increase in the not -to -exceed amount from
$47,392 to $101,595 due to more than originally anticipated preliminary and design
engineering; and
WHEREAS, the contract is based on actual time worked and reimbursable expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Professional Engineering Services
agreement between the City and Bonestroo for the County Road 9/61 Erosion Repair
Project, City Project No. 4135 dated July 12, 2005, be amended by increasing the amount
of the not -to -exceed agreement from $47,392 to $101,595.
