RESOLUTION 2008-199
APPROVING BMP MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR
RETENTION AND SURFACE WATER TREATMENT
LOCATED AT 13600 INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, AAF -McQuay, Inc. has been given administrative approval to constrict a 32,900
square foot building addition for property located at 13600 Industrial Park Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, a Best Management Practice (BMP) maintenance agreement is required to be recorded
prior to the issuance of a building permit; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, Minneapolis Industrial Park 2" a
Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth a maintenance agreement with AAF -McQuay, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 2008.
