WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Sunset Trail Retaining Wall Project, City Project No. 8103, is recommended for approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for Sunset Trail Retaining Wall Project, City Project No. 8103, by adding $3,756.35 is approved: Original Contract Amount Previous Change Orders $0.00 $54,740.00 THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add $3,756.35 REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $58,496.35 Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 2008.
