RESOLUTION NO. 2008-181
APPROVING ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR RED ROBIN INTERNATIONAL, INC., D/B/A
RED ROBIN AMERICA'S GOURMET BURGERS AND SPIRITS
2669 CAMPUS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for On -Sale Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses for
Red Robin International, Inc., d/b/a Red Robin America's Gourmet Burgers and Spirits, 2669 Campus
Drive, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that On -Sale
Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses for Red Robin International, Inc., d/b/a Red Robin America's
Gourmet Burgers and Spirits, 2669 Campus Drive.
Approved by the City Council on May 27, 2008.
