RESOLUTION NO. 2008-180
APPROVAL OF APHALT OVERLAY WORK 2008
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for asphalt overlay/repair work
for 2008 for the park department needs.
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened
bids on May 6, 2008 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
DMJ Corporation $63.75/ton
Classic Asphalt and Sealcoating $70.00/ton
FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. $77.25/ton
Barber Constriction, Inc. $80.00/ton
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from DMJ Corporation is
hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that fiinding will come from account 101-1321-
6310, 101-1321-7521 and 406-8002.
Adopted by the City Council on May 27, 2008.
