RESOLUTION NO. 2008-179
APPROVING STATE OF MINNESOTA COOPERATIVE
CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION AND CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR
TRUNK HIGHWAY 55 CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT,
AGREEMENT NO. 92624 STATE PROJECT NOS. 2723-116 (T.H. 55=188)
AND 155-010-004 CITY PROJECT NO. 7138
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth and the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation
mutually desire to enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 92624, a cooperative constriction
agreement for the following purposes:
To provide for the bid based lump sum payment by the State to the City of the State's
share of the costs of the storm water constriction and other associated constriction to be
performed upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 55 between West Medicine
Lake Drive and South Shore Drive within the corporate City limits under State Project
Nos. 2723-116 (T.H. 55=188) and 155-010-004 and City Project No. 7138.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said Agreement No. 92624 with the State of Minnesota,
Department of Transportation is approved as conditioned therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. 92624, for TH 55 Culvert Replacement, State Project Nos. 2723-116 (T.H.
55=188) and 155-010-004, City Project No. 7138.
