HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2008-177CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2008-177 APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCT A MULTI-PURPOSE PARK BUILDING FOR THE PLYMOUTH -NEW HOPE LITTLE LEAGUE ASSOCIATION AT ZACHARY PLAYFIELD LOCATED AT 4355 ZACHARY LANE (200802 1) WHEREAS, the Plymouth -New Hope Little League Association has requested approval of a site plan amendment to constrict a multi-purpose park building at Zachary Playfield located at 4355 Zachary Lane North and described as: Lot 2, Blk 2, City of Plymouth Plat No 2, Hennepin County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by the Plymouth -New Hope Little League Association for a site plan amendment, subject to the following conditions: A site plan amendment to allow constriction of a park building is approved in accordance with the application materials received by the City on May 8, 2008, subject to the conditions listed below. 2. Prior to any construction -related activity on the site, the applicant is responsible for acquiring a separate building permit through the Building Division and a separate right-of-way permit through the Engineering Division. Prior to issuance of a building and/or right-of-way permit, the plans shall be revised consistent with the Zoning Ordinance, City Code or the Engineering Guidelines (as may be applicable) and as follows: a. Locate and identify the tree specie and size for a minimum of two trees required to be planted. b. Submit verification of any permits needed from Hennepin County Environmental Health. c. Add clean -outs for the sanitary sewer spaced no more than 100 feet apart. d. Identify the sanitary sewer service location in the street right-of-way, type and size of the pipe, and the elevation. e. Provide the lowest floor building elevation. f. Identify the water service routing and where it is coming from as well as the type and size of pipe. g. Provide details per the Engineering Guidelines for all applicable details. Resolution 2008-177 File No. 2008021 Page 2 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 5. Approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or applicant has substantially started constriction of the project. The landowner or applicant may apply for approval of an extension by the City, as regulated under Section 21045.09 of the Zoning Ordinance. ADOPTED by the City Council on May 27, 2008.
