HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2008-176CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2008-176 APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR A ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT TO DEFINE AND PROHIBIT MOBILE SIGNS (2008019) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has initialed an amendment to define and prohibit mobile signs; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed text amendment at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Zoning Ordinance text amendment, based upon the finding that the proposed amendment would be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and with the City's ordinances and policies. ADOPTED by the City Council on May 27, 2008. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
