RESOLUTION NO. 2008-174
APPROVING STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT
AND AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO SIGN DOCUMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 6108
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken City Project No. 6108; and
WHEREAS, in order to constrict the improvements, certain permanent and temporary easements
were acquired; and
WHEREAS, the compensation amount of $32,300 was agreed to between the City and CSM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Stipulation of Settlement is approved and authorizes the
City Attorney to sign Stipulation of Settlement document on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on May 27, 2008.
