RESOLUTION NO. 2008-167
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE FOR GARBAGE MAN INC.
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, annual reports, certificates of insurance, and surety bonds
have been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for Garbage Man Inc. for the period through March 31, 2008.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on May 13, 2008.
