Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2008-166CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2008-166 LEASING PROPERTY AT 5605 LAWNDALE LANE NORTH WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth owns a single family residential home at 5605 Lawndale Lane North; and WHEREAS, the house is vacant at this time; and WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into a lease agreement with Interfaith Outreach Community Partners; and WHEREAS, the City Council has also reviewed the lease agreement between the City of Plymouth and IOCP, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the lease agreement between the City of Plymouth and Interfaith Outreach Community Partners is hereby approved and fiirther that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to demolish the metal shed. Adopted by the City Council on May 13, 2008.
