RESOLUTION NO. 2008-159
APPROVAL OF APPLICATION TO EXTEND THE LICENSED
PREMISES FOR E.A. PLYMOUTH, INC,
d/b/a EL AZTECA, 3500 VICKSBURG LANE, SUITE 500
WHEREAS, E.A. Plymouth, Inc., d/b/a El Azteca, 3500 Vicksburg Lane, Suite 500, has
submitted an application to extend their licensed premises for outdoor seating; and
WHEREAS, the outdoor area would be in a permanent fenced area and used on a seasonal basis;
and
WHEREAS, the hours of operation would be Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.,
Friday, 11:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m., Saturday, 11:00 a.m.-10:30 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m.-9:00
p.m. for the serving of food and liquor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the request to extend the licensed premises is hereby
approved.
