RESOLUTION NO: 2008-156
APPROVING THE GRADE, TITLE AND SALARY RANGE
FOR RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM MANAGER
AND
ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF CIVIL ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has revised the organizational stricture of the
Engineering Division; and
WHEREAS, the title of Civil Engineer will no longer be used in the Classification Plan;
and
WHEREAS, there is a need for an exempt position titled Reconstruction Program
Manager; and
WHEREAS, the position on Reconstruction Program Manager has been evaluated and
placed in Grade 18;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does: approve
the addition of Reconstruction Program Manager to the 2008 Classification and
Compensation Plan as an exempt position in Grade 18 and approves the abolition of Civil
Engineer, effective May 13, 2008.
