RESOLUTION NO. 2008-153
APPROVING CLOSURE OF CENTRAL SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, during the 2007 budget process, the Central Services Fund was merged into
the Information Technology Fund; and
WHEREAS, all transactions have been completed to consolidate these two fiinds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council must approve closure of any funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Central Services Fund be closed as of
December 31, 2007.
Adopted by the City Council on April 22, 2008.
