RESOLUTION 2008-139
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO TERMINATE AN
EXISTING PARKING EASEMENT AGREEMENT AND
TO EXECUTE A PARKING EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 10600 AND 10700 OLD CO. RD. 15 (2007074)
WHEREAS, Quest Development has requested that the City authorize the Mayor and City
Manager to execute the new Easement Agreement and authorize the termination of the previous
parking easement dated August 12, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Owners of Parcel A, 10700 Building and Parcel B, 10600 Building consent to a
new parking easement agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to be a party to the parking easement agreement to ensure the
required parking for each building are in compliance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the Mayor and City
Manager to execute the attached Easement Agreement and to terminate the parking easement
dated August 12, 1985.
ADOPTED by the City Council on April 22, 2008.
