RESOLUTION NO. 2008-138
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO LEASE AT ROCKRIDGE CENTER
FOR USE AS A PLYMOUTH METROLINK PARK AND RIDE LOT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, these transit services require the use of Park and Ride lots in strategic locations
within the City; and
WHEREAS, a lease for a Park and Ride lot at Rockridge Center, located at 4445 Nathan
Lane North in Plymouth was negotiated with HP3, LLC, the management company for the
property; and
WHEREAS, on February 12, 2008, the City Council authorized the lease between the City
and HP3, LLC; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to the lease has been negotiated by the parties to the lease; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determined that it is in the best interest of the City to amend
the lease with HP3, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City Council hereby adopts this resolution authorizing the lease between the
City and HP3, LLC, authorizing rent for $33,000 per year plus maintenance effective
February 15, 2008.
2. That the City Council authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute said lease.
