RESOLUTION NO. 2008-136
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR
MEDICINE LAKE CURLYLEAF PONDWEED TREATMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4109
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MNDNR)
have been working on the fiinding for the Medicine Lake curlyleaf pondweed treatment; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Plymouth and the MNDNR for the Medicine Lake
curlyleaf pondweed treatment titled Grant Contract has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows the City to implement the project and be reimbursed by the
MNDNR under the terms of the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Grant Contract is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
