RESOLUTION NO. 2008-130
APPROVING CONTRIBUTION TO THE WAYZATA
SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR OAKWOOD ELEMENTARY
PARKING LOT ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Wayzata School District is building additional parking at the Oakwood
Elementary School and Community Playfield; and
WHEREAS, the School District has requested the City to consider contributing fiinding
towards this project; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said request and is recommending approval of said
contribution,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the City agrees to fiind $70,000 to be paid in 2009 and 2010 with fiinding be taken from
the Parks Dedication Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on April 8, 2008.
