RESOLUTION NO. 2008-127
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PLYMOUTH/
NEW HOPE LITTLE LEAGUE ASSOCIATION FOR
A ZACHARY PARK SHELTER BUILDING
WHEREAS, Plymouth/New Hope Little League Association has requested permission to
constrict a park shelter building at Zachary Park; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has reviewed said proposal; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's Office has drafted an agreement which the Little League
Association is in agreement with,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL that the agreement between the City of Plymouth and the Plymouth/New
Hope Little League Association is hereby approved, and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said agreement; and
FURTHER, that fiinding for this project shall take the form of a loan agreement with
proceeds coming from the City's park dedication account; and
FURTHER, that the Plymouth/New Hope Little League Association shall reimburse the
City $107,000 pursuant to the loan agreement with the City of Plymouth.
