RESOLUTION NO. 2008-125
REPEALING VARIOUS POLICIES
WHEREAS, staff has identified the attached list of policies (Attachment "B -C") that are
no longer needed as they have been addressed through other City policies;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the policies
contained in "Attachments B -C" are hereby repealed.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on April 8, 2008.
