RESOLUTION NO. 2008-124
APPROVAL Of TARYN HILLS PARK PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play equipment for
Taryn Hills Park Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on March 25th, 2008 for Taryn Hills Park Playground and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Flanagan Sales Inc.

Clearwater Recreation LLC
$119,957
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Minnesota/Wisconsin is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for Taryn Hills Park Playground and accepts their bid in the
amount of $109,996 for Taryn Hills Park Playground.
FURTHER, that fiinding is from Fund 409.
Adopted by the City Council on April 8, 2008.
