RESOLUTION NO. 2008-123
APPROVAL OF KILMER PARK PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play equipment for
Kilmer Park Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on May 15, 2007 for Kilmer Park Playground and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Webber Recreational Design, Inc
$78,820.55
Earl F. Andersen Inc.
$86,535.00
St. Croix Recreation Inc.
$103,145.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Webber Recreational Design, Inc is declared the
lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Kilmer Park Playground and accepts their bid in the
amount of $78,820.55 for Kilmer Park Playground.
FURTHER, that fiinding is from Fund 406.
Adopted by the City Council on April 8, 2008.
