RESOLUTION NO. 2008-120
REPEALING POLICY ON EROSION AND SILTATION CONTROL
WHEREAS, staff has identified that the Policy on Erosion and Siltation Control, per City
Council Resolution No. 92-170, is no longer needed as it has been addressed through City
Code Section 526 and State Engineering standards and guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the policy on Erosion and Siltation Control,
per City Council Resolution No. 92-170, is hereby repealed.
Adopted by the City Council on April 8, 2008.
