RESOLUTION NO. 2008-109
SELECTING A FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVCIES FIRM AND DIRECTING THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
WI-1EREAS, the City of Plymouth periodically reviews policies and agreements to ensure they
meet the continuing needs of the city; and
WIffiREAS, financial advisory services have not undergone a significant review since the last
approved contract in 1996;
WIffiREAS, staff has conducted a thorough process to include all interested financial advisory
service providers.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that
it hearby takes the following actions:
1) Selects Ehler's and Associates, Inc., as retained Financial Advisory Services provider for
the City of Plymouth.
2) Directs staff and the city attorney to develop a contract for retained Financial Advisory
Services with the selected firm and present the contract to the City Council for approval.
Adopted by the City Council on March 25, 2008.
