RESOLUTION NO. 2008-106
APPROVING PARK IMPLEMENTATION
OF 2008 PROJECTS
WHEREAS, in 2007 the City issued bonds for the acquisition of property at 5605
Lawndale Lane North; and
WHEREAS, additional funding was needed on the project to acquire fiiture right-of-way
for Peony Lane; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the appropriate fiinding mechanism for this cost
is Park Dedication Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL that the final acquisition cost of $68,865.10 be paid for by Park Dedication
funds, and further, that is some time in the fiiture Peony Lane fiins through this property,
that Municipal State Aid fiinds will be considered at that time for reimbursement to the
Park Dedication Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on March 25, 2008.
