RESOLUTION NO. 2008-105
DESIGNATE FUNDING FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, public improvement projects were undertaken by the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the projects were approved by the City Council, but total project fiinding was not
designated by resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to formally designate total project fiinding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the projects listed in the attachment (Exhibit A) are closed and shall be fiinded as designated;
and the transfers should be recorded in the financial records effective December 31, 2007:
Adopted by the City Council on March 25, 2008.
