APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
FERNBROOK LANE
STREET AND SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 1013
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
The revised completion dates are:
• Final grading, curb and gutter, bituminous paving, interim pavement
markings, signing, and bituminous paving except the 2" milling, the top 2"
of the bituminous wearing course, north of Cheshire Lane shall be
completed on or before November 16, 2007.
• All remaining contract items except tree planting and final turf
establishment south of Cheshire Lane shall be completed on or before
June 27, 2008.
• All final planting and turf establishment shall be completed on or before
October 15, 2008.
• Completion shall be construed to mean when all items have been installed,
tested, inspected and approved.
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 1 is a time extension only and does not increase the
contract amount; and
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Fernbrook Lane Street and Signal
Improvements, City Project No. 1013, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Eureka Const., for
City Project No. 1013, by revising the contract completion dates is approved:
