APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4155

WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth has requested reclassification of the zoning from RSF-1
(Single Family Detached 1) to P -I (Puublic/Institutiona) for roughly four acres of land legally
described as follows:
The east 269.53 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying south of Old
Rockford Road, excluding roads, in Section 14, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing
and recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance rezoning the affected property from RSF-
1 (Single Family Detached 1) to P -I (Public/Institutional).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for
reclassification of the zoning from RSF-1 (Single Family Detached 1) to P -I (Public/Institutional)
for the roughly 4 -acre site located at 4155 Zachary Lane, based on the following findings:
1. The P -I zoning classification would be consistent with the use and guiding of the site.
2. Adequate infrastructure is be available to support the development on this site.
