HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2008-084CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2008-084 ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS PART OF PEONY LANE/LAWNDALE LANE/54TH AVENUE/KILMER LANE AND NATHAN LANE WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota Law; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the roads described as follows, to -wit: Extension of MSAS 155-153: Peony Lane — 54th Avenue to Lawndale Lane (0.30 non existing miles) Extension of MSAS 155-153: Lawndale Lane — Peony Lane to CSAH 47 (0.57 existing miles) Extension of MSAS 155-153: Lawndale Lane — CSAH 47 north to City limits (0.26 existing miles) Extension of MSAS 155-181: TH55 South Service Road —Revere Lane to Nathan Lane (0.32 existing miles) Extension of MSAS 155-186: Kilmer Lane — 13th Avenue North to 26th Avenue (1.02 existing miles) MSAS 155-187: 54t1' Avenue — CSAH 101 to Rainer Lane (0.59 non existing miles) MSAS 155-187: 54t1' Avenue North — Rainer Lane to Peony Lane (0.16 existing miles) MSAS 155-195: Nathan Lane — Shelard Parkway North to TH 55 South Service Road (0.38 existing miles) be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid streets of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said roads or portions thereof, that the same be constricted, improved, and maintained as Municipal State Aid streets.
