HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2008-083CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2008-083 REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS PEONY LANE/TROY LANE/54TH AVENUE AND 56TH AVENUE WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter described as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the roads described as follows, to -wit: MSAS 155-153-020: Peony Lane — 54t1' Avenue to Troy Lane (0.35 non existing miles) MSAS 155-153-030: Troy Lane — Peony Lane to CSAH 47 (0.58 existing miles) MSAS 155-153-040: Troy Lane — CSAH 47 to Lawndale Lane (0.51 non existing miles) MSAS 155-176-010: 54t1' Avenue — Peony Lane to Dunkirk Lane (0.75 non existing miles) MSAS 155-187-010: 56th Avenue — CSAH 101 to Troy Lane (0.76 non existing miles) be, and hereby are, revoked, as Municipal State Aid streets of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration.
