RESOLUTION NO. 2008-075
APPROVING PAYMENT TO SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth contracts with Senior Community Services for
programs at the Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, the contract for 2008 has been submitted in the amount of $75,029; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of payment.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL that the Finance Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for 2008 to
Senior Community Services in two equal payments totaling $75,029.
Adopted by the City Council on March 11, 2008.
