RESOLUTION NO. 2008-061
APPROVAL OF INSTITUTION COMMUNITY
WORK CREW PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with the Sentence to Serve Work Crew
Program through Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to exercise the 30 day cancel option; and
WHEREAS, the effective date would be March 31, 2008,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEGD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the contract with the Sentence to Serve
Work Crew be cancelled effective March 31, 2008 and staff is authorized to add one day
to the existing L C. W. C. Contract.
Adopted by the City Council on February 19, 2008.
