RESOLUTION NO. 2008-059
APPROVING LEASE AT ROCKRIDGE CENTER
FOR USE AS A PLYMOUTH METROLINK PARK AND RIDE LOT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, these transit services require the use of Park and Ride lots in strategic locations
within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City received written notice from the owner of Four Seasons Mall that the
current lease for a Park and Ride lot at Four Seasons Mall in Plymouth will terminate on
February 16, 2008;
WHEREAS, a lease for a Park and Ride lot at Rockridge Center, located at 4445 Nathan
Lane North in Plymouth has been negotiated with HP3, LLC, the management company for
the property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to
execute a new lease with HP3, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City Council hereby adopts this resolution authorizing the lease between the
City and HP3, LLC, authorizing rent for $33,000 per year plus maintenance effective
February 15, 2008.
2. That the City Council authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute said lease.
