RESOLUTION NO. 2008-057
APPROVING ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR BONFIRE RESTAURANT COMPANY, LLC,
D/B/A AXEL` S BONFIRE, 3000 HARBOR LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for On -Sale Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses for
Bonfire Restaurant Company, LLC, d/b/a Axel's Bonfire, 3000 Harbor Lane, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that On -Sale
Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses for Bonfire Restaurant Company, LLC, d/b/a Axel's Bonfire,
3000 Harbor Lane.
Approved by the City Council on February 12, 2008.
