RESOLUTION NO. 2008-056
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CALVIN PORTNER
AS CITY OF PLYMOUTH REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE LOGIS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WIffiREAS, the Local Government Information System (LOGIS) is a consortium of
Minnesota local government units; and
WIffiREAS, the purpose of LOGIS is to provide effective, reliable and adaptable
technology solutions to member agencies in a cooperative partnership; and
WIffiREAS, the City of Plymouth is a member of LOGIS, utilizing a number of LOGIS
software services, IT system support and the cooperative purchasing power of the joint
partnership; and
WIffiREAS, each member agency has one voting representative on the LOGIS Board of
Directors that has input on the annual budget and annual work plan; and
WIffiREAS, the City of Plymouth currently has a vacancy to the Board of Directors.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that Calvin Portner is hereby appointed to serve as City of Plymouth's representative to
the LOGIS Board of Directors.
