RESOLUTION NO. 2008-055
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD
COMPANY HWY. 169 FRONTAGE ROAD RAILROAD CROSSING
REPLACEMENT CITY PROJECT NO. 8105
WHEREAS, An agreement with the City and Union Pacific Railroad Company for the
replacement of the railroad crossing on Highway 169 Frontage Road has been prepared
and presented to the City;
WHEREAS, the agreement equally distributes all improvement costs between the City
and UP Rail with the exception of traffic control and approach paving which will be the
sole responsible of the City;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and they are hereby
authorized to execute the agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company on behalf of
the City for City Project No. 8105.
Adopted by the City Council on February 12, 2008.
