RESOLUTION NO. 2008-043
APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE APPLICATION OF
PLYMOUTH LIONS CLUB FOR BROADWAY BAR AND PIZZA
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from the Plymouth Lions Club to conduct lawfiil
gambling at Broadway Bar and Pizza, 13705 27'h Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and establishment have met the criteria that have been established per Sections
1105 and 1211 of the Plymouth City Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it hereby
approves the application of the Plymouth Lions Club to conduct lawfiil gambling at Broadway Bar and
Pizza, 13705 27"' Avenue North.
