RESOLUTION NO. 2008-040
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR AND WINE LICENSE
FOR KAM INTERNATIONAL, INC. D/B/A ROYAL INDIA, 4190 VINEWOOD LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for an On -Sale 3.2 Liquor and Wine License from
KAM International, Inc., d/b/a Royal India, 4190 Vinewood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant and operating manager by the Plymouth Police
Department resulted in no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale 3.2 Liquor and Wine License is hereby approved for KAM International, Inc., d/b/a Royal
India, 4190 Vinewood Lane for a license period of February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009.
Approved by the City Council on January 22, 2008.
