RESOLUTION NO. 2008-035
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES
THAT MAY EXCEED $50,000
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department routinely makes purchases for materials or
services that may individually or cumulatively exceed $50,000; and
WHEREAS, these purchases are included in the 2008 budget as approved by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the following budgeted items have the potential to result in purchases in excess
of $50,000; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Council authorize payment for the
above referenced purchases.
