RESOLUTION NO. 2008-034
APPROVING EASEMENT FOR ACCESS TO
PART OF PIN 3011822110002
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has requested re -conveyance of that part of PIN 3 011822110002, the
NE'/4 of NE '/4 lying south of the North 1227 3/10 ft. thereof and Southwesterly of road, Section 30,
Township 118, Range 22;
WHEREAS, said easement would be utilized for the County Road 101 city project No. 5102;
WHEREAS, the City desires to regain said property after completion of County Road 101 project for
drainage and ponding easements,
WHEREAS, Attachment A to this resolution is application for re -conveyance to the State of Minnesota for
this easement (Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subd. ld); and
WHEREAS, Attachment B is the application for conveyance from the State of Minnesota to the City of
Plymouth for authorized public use (Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subds. la -le).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the re -conveyance of that part of PIN 3011822110002, the NE'/4 of NE
'/4 lying south of the North 1227 3/10 ft. thereof and Southwesterly of road, Section 30, Township 118,
Range 22 to the State of Minnesota and conveyance from the State of Minnesota to the City of Plymouth
for this property is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on January 22, 2008.
