RESOLUTION NO. 2008-029
AMENDING THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH WENCK ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
WOOD CREEK EROSION REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 6103
WHEREAS, the City has an agreement for engineering services with Wenck Associates,
Inc. for design and constriction services for the Wood Creek Erosion Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, Wenck Associates, Inc. has requested an increase in the not -to -exceed amount
from $71,704 to $106,550 due to additional plan revisions requested by residents, BCWMC
permit application fee, and utility coordination and surveying; and
WHEREAS, the contract amount is based on actual time worked plus reimbursable
expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Professional Engineering Services
Agreement (dated August 8, 2006) between the City and Wenck Associates, Inc. for the
Wood Creek Erosion Repair Project, City Project No. 6103, be amended to increase the not -
to -exceed amount of the agreement from $71,704 to $106,550.
