RESOLUTION 2008-023
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 BEER AND WINE LICENSES
FOR PIZZA THREE BROTHERS, LLC, D/B/A UMBRIA
LA CUCINA ITALIANA, 3195 VICKSBURG LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, applications have been received from Pizza Three Brothers, LLC, d/b/a Umbria La
Cucina Italiana, 3195 Vicksburg Lane North, Suite D, for On -Sale 3.2 Beer and Wine License
Licenses; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the On -Sale 3.2 Beer
and Wine Licenes for Pizza Three Brothers, LLC, d/b/a Umbria La Cucina Italiana, 3195
Vicksburg Lane North, Suite D have hereby been approved.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 2008.
