RESOLUTION NO. 2008-022
APPROVING ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR APPLEBEE' S RESTAURANTS NORTH LLC, D/B/A
APPLEBEE' S NEIGHBORHOOD GRILL AND BAR,
3500 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for On -Sale Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses for
Applebee's Restaurants North, LLC d/b/a Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar, 3500 Vicksburg
Lane, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that On -Sale
Liquor and Sunday Liquor Licenses for Applebee's Restaurants North, LLC d/b/a Applebee's
Neighborhood Grill & Bar, 3500 Vicksburg Lane.
Approved by the City Council on January 8, 2008.
