RESOLUTION NO. 2008-020
WHEREAS, it is necessary to maintain annual software license agreements for Cayenta Financial
Software and Govern Land Management software and
WHEREAS, the annual software maintenance for Cayenta Financials is $60,613.32 and the annual
software maintenance for Govern Land Management is $65,088.75.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE City Manager is authorized to pay Cayenta $60,613.32
and pay Govern Land Management $65,088.75.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 2008.
