RESOLUTION NO. 2008-018
REPEALING POLICY ON LOAD LIMITS
WHEREAS, staff has identified that the Policy on Load Limits is no longer needed as it has
been addressed through the City Code and State Statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the policies Policy on Load Limits hereby
repealed.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 2008.
