RESOLUTION NO. 2008-017
AMENDING POLICY RELATING TO SELECTION OF CONSULTANTS
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a pool of engineering consultants for public improvement
projects at their October 9, 2007 meeting; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements for Professional Engineering Services have been executed with each
firm in the pool; and
WHEREAS, the Policy relating to the selection of consultants was last revised on June 11, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the policy relating to the selection of consultants be revised.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 2008.
