RESOLUTION NO. 2008-016
FINAL RELEASE OF FINANCIAL GUARANTEES
WHEREAS, in accordance with development contracts, as listed below, developers have agreed to
install certain improvements for said developments; and
WHEREAS, the developers have completed the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the required financial guarantees should be released to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the following financial guarantees are released as follows by the
Finance Department:
