AWARD CONTRACT
WOOD CREEK EROSION REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 6103
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Wood Creek Erosion Repair Project,
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received
complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, Stocker Excavating, Inc. of Savage, MN is the lowest responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends awarding the project, to Stocker Excavating, Inc. of
Savage, MN;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Stocker Excavating, Inc. of Savage, MN in the name of the
City of Plymouth for the Wood Creek Erosion Repair Project, City Project No. 6103, according
to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of
the City Engineer in the amount of $219,079.11.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the fiinding for this project is designated
in the amount of $340,017.41 from the Water Resources Fund as outlined in the 2008-2012
Capital Improvement Program.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 2008.
