RESOLUTION NO. 2008-010
APPROVAL OF LAWN MAINTENANCE BID
WHEREAS, the City Council has given budget approval for lawn maintenance contract
mowing; and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications, advertised, received bids, and opened
bids on December 17, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bids from Andersun Lawn Service is
hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fiinding will come from fiind 101-1321-7501 and
501-1720-7547.
Adopted by the City Council on January 8, 2008.
